Dear Neighbor:
Thank you for attending the public meeting we held in April.
We appreciated the opportunity to share information about the environmental assessment and building removal project being conducted this year at the former Texaco Research Center located in Fishkill. More importantly, we were pleased to respond to your questions and hear your concerns about the planned work.
One of the questions raised at the meeting was the name of a local company representative people can call if they have questions about the work. The local company contact is Mike Lawler. Mike is on site five days a week during business hours and can assist with day-to-day questions. And if he doesn’t have the answer, he can direct you to someone who can get the information. Mike’s direct line is 845-440-0037.
In an effort to provide more information about questions that were posed at the April meeting, we will be hosting an informal Open House and Public Information Session at the Slater Chemical Fire Company located at 76 Old Glenham Road, on Tuesday, May 25, from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Interested parties are invited to review materials and ask questions of our team members any time during the 3-hour session.
In the meantime, we will be updating our project website with responses to questions asked at the meeting. For anyone interested in receiving project updates and information via e-mail, please be sure to register your contact information at our website address: www.glenhammills.com.
Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me directly at
(713) 432-2634 or by e-mail.
Again, thank you for attending our public meeting. We look forward to seeing you on May 25.
Sincerely,
Mark Hendrickson
