The initial 2020 groundwater sampling event was completed in April. We are working to finalize the Remedial Investigation Report.
Real Estate Update
We have had no offers to purchase the property since our last update. Various people have shown some interest in the site for various uses. It is too early to comment on whether any of these opportunities are viable. We have had contractors on-site repairing damaged fences and cutting up downed trees from a recent storm.
