Below is a summary of activities during the last month related to the former Texaco Beacon Research Facility.
Environmental Update
Chevron received comments from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) on the first of the Feasibility Studies (FS) for the site, which are currently being reviewed. We will be preparing a response to NYSDEC feedback on the FS in the weeks ahead.
Real Estate Update
There is no real estate update.
CAP Meeting Update
Chevron continues to follow the regulatory process for this site and will plan to host the next CAP meeting as agency feedback is incorporated into the FS, or as any other key milestones occur.
