Below is a summary of activities during the last month related to the former Texaco Beacon Research Facility.
Environmental Update
A revised Feasibility Study for portions of the site south of the railroad, was submitted to address the NYSDEC Comment Letter and is currently being reviewed by the agency. Chevron continues to work on the draft Feasibility Studies for other parts of the site.
Real Estate Update
We continue to market the site. Any engagements or inquiries on specific parcels or the entire site remain confidential at this time. There is no additional real estate update.
